General I’ve been extremely happy with Smith.ai, but these days Increasingly more phone calls are likely to Smith.ai’s voicemail or not becoming picked up at all. I use CallRail on our backend and may see total connect with metrics and access recordings of all calls. I’ve noticed various leads tha
